Abdominal adhesions after c section

Anyone suffered with adhesions after a c section? And if so, what kind of treatment did you receive?
Or anyone have any useful advice on managing the pain and discomfort?

I've had these after appendicitis surgery. Bane of my life. Resulted in many more corrective surgeries.

Had to hope & pray like hell that I don't have a c-Sec ever. Thankfully had 2 vaginal births.

No idea on how to manage the pain as my case involved intestinal adhesions & obstructions
