Experiences with an epi no?

Am expecting Dc2. I had a second degree year with DC1 and hoping to reduce it this time as I felt very battered and bruised for a good 2 months.

I've been told about the epi no and have had a look on the website but they're £100 so would want some reassurance that it's worth it before investing. Has anyone used these and had any success?

Hello, I recently bought one in prep for my first birth. I've used it a couple of times and am seeing results already.
I feel so much better about birthing knowing that I will have prepped and hopefully avoid tearing!
I don't know anyone else that has used one but I can't see how this wouldn't benefit you.
