Anyone else felt this way

Hi everyone currently 35+4 weeks and I'm really starting to struggle.
Every morning I wake up with period type pains that slowly was through the day. I'm awake from 3 every morning because of the pain and I feel physically sick . I was born 6 weeks early and I'm just scared babies ready to come now as there's literally no room for him at all. Anyone else felt this way. Was it a sign baby will make an appearance ASAP, anything I can do to relieve this.
Tia

Talk to your midwife but if they are not getting more regular then they may just be Braxton hicks. These are a sign that your body is getting ready but not necessarily that you will deliver in the coming weeks you may well go over if this is your only symptom.
At 35 weeks your baby is mostly developed and babies born at this stage may require some neonatal care but have survival rates on par with term babies. So try not to worry too much.
