HI everyone. I am due on tuesday but as yet LO is still not engaged Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to help get him down there??

Yoga worked for me, teacher gave me special exercise to open up my pelvis? Worth a go ? Good luck

As far as I remember from last time, a long, brisk walk, and bouncing on a birthing ball seemed to help for me - transverse baby moved to a head-down position.
