How did you bring on labour?

What did you do that successfully helped bring labour on?

I'm bouncing on by ball, drinking raspberry leaf tea, eating pineapple & going for long walks Grin

Also sex! Was due to be induced at 7am. Had sex night before. Naturally in labour at 5am!
