Stretch and sweep?

I'm 39+4 days with first baby, I have a midwife appointment next Tuesday. Will I be offered a stretch and sweep?

I had my first when I was 41 weeks exactly but if you ask I think they will do them from 40 weeks

You can ask, it wouldn't be considered that early. I had one yesterday at 37+1 but this was agreed and signed off by my consultant.
