Can we change doctor (Aus, public system)?

5 months, due June 2020. Just found out from online reviews that our assigned obstetrician (NSW public system) sounds like he is an absolute nightmare, like condescending, non consultative and the word "butcher" was even thrown around. Everything has been manageable until this point, but this is angst-inducing. Does anyone know if there is a way to change doctors? Thanks team

Well in the UK you always have the right to decline treatment by any HCP, and ask for an alternative. I don't know if the same is true in Australia though. Do you have an organisation similar to PALS in Aus? Contacting them for advice might be a good start.
