I am going to be 39 weeks in 2 days, i have been having period like cramps in my lower back that dont seem to go away. Idk if its signs of early labor or not. I have a c section scheduled for Monday in 3 days, does anybody else have this same thing happening. This is my second child, my fist was by c section also at 39 weeks.

Yes, some people have back pain instead of stomach contractions.

Phone the hospital OP.
Is there a certain reason you are booked in for a c section?

that's how my contractions were. if you haven't already call the hospital

Most of my labour pain was in my back as DS was back to back. If you're booked in for a elcs you need to ring the hospital. Good luck

Are they getting stronger etc? I've had the same for the past 3 weeks (3rd baby) constant but don't seem to get stronger I've put mine down to BH but I agree with pp. Contact the hospital just incase seeing as your booked in for a c section x
