Inner thigh ache/perineum ache

Hi I am 7 weeks postpartum. I had a forcep delivery and 2nd degree tear. Stitches have healed nicely and feel mostly normal - only issue is that when I have been on my feet for a few hours, been stood for a while then I get a achy heavy feeling on my inner thigh/ vagina area. Had anyone experienced this? I don't think I have a prolapse. It's just very odd and is holding me back as the only way I can get it to ease is by sitting or laying down. Thank you.

I’m also feeling like this! 2.5 weeks post partum, I don’t have pain from my stitches but I have an uncomfortable/heavy feeling. I had a 2nd degree cut from an episiotomy. Did you get checked by the dr? I assumed I’d be like this for about 6 weeks

I am now 8 weeks pp and it's pretty much gone. Doc said no prolapse and normal. Yesterday I walked 12500 steps before it started. Presume it's just muscles healing x

It’s probably your pelvic floor. Ask for a referral to a women’s physio - they can help strengthen it before you do get a prolapse
