I am a FTM. I had my baby 2 weeks ago. Birth was good. I got an epidural and had my son very quick. No tearing or anything. Just a hemroid from pushing so hard. I had to have a catheter because I got the epidural. After I was able to move and feel, I went. I had irritation when I pee. I also have soreness around my urethra and the area around it. I tested positive for a UTI a week ago. The sting when I pee has gone away and I'm on day 4 of antibiotics. The soreness around my urethra however, is still present. Could this be from the catheter? Will it go away? Cannot call OBGYN nurse till Monday.
