Uterine prolapse

I'm 3 month pp, during week 1 I found out I had a prolapse, (forceps delivery)
It managed to get better by 2 months and eventually I didn't feel a thing. Im not 14 weeks pp and it's came back 😔 has anyone else dealt with this before? It's really getting me down and I'm struggling to walk etc. I cannot lift baby up without being in pain

I’ve not got a uterine prolapse but I still wanted to reach out as I know how difficult it can be to broach something of a sensitive nature with people
@PhoebeBear have you seen your gp?
I’m not sure if your financial situation will permit but If so, I’d pay for a women’s health physio to do a full assessment and work out a plan of action.
If you are breastfeeding, I believe you are more susceptible to prolapse due to hormone levels(not medically qualified just think I remember reading about it). The professionals may wish to wait until you have finished breastfeeding before becoming concerned. iirc pessaries are used and this may help until the extent of the prolapse post breastfeeding is determined.
