Pressure on cervix and braxton hicks

Im 36 weeks today and every time ive had braxton hicks this last hour, maybe about 4-5 times, ive felt so much pressure on my cervix, not neccesarily painful but so uncomfortable. She is head down and nice and low anyway, but it just gets 10x worse when i get a BH, is that normal?

Ive been getting bh since aboit 14 weeks, and get them quite regularly, i had them alot with my first too! I make sure im well hydrated, they think im just one to get alot of them. But these have just been horrid Confused

I am 39+3 today and known what you mean. I sometimes wonder if the baby is trying to escape without a through route....

I have had BH for weeks and are starting to intensify to the point it makes me wince (put dh into a panic that's for sure)

Do they go if you move or get up and have a little walk?

I found getting on the bouncy ball helps as it relieves the pressure in the nether regions
