ELCS in London?

I posted a general call out for antenatal recommendations in London earlier, but I also wanted to see if anyone has had a particularly good / supportive experience requesting and having an ELCS in London?

Currently researching my options and all of the threads on this I've found are at least a decade old.

Private or NHS? Where in London?

Hope all is going well. Just wanted to see if you got any advice on ELCS in London. Currently with St Thomas and not sure it's going to be that straightforward requesting one.
