So sorry if this thread hasn't been posted in the right place but really hoping for some opinions/ advice!

Back in Feb this year I had my little boy. I had my waters broken and got to 9.5cm until contracting infection and then rushed to theatre for emergency c section - recovery was fine although incision took a while to close over.

Touch wood, all been fine since until a week and a half ago. I started to get what feels like a urine infection (I used to suffer with these pre pregnancy quite a lot). I feel like I constantly need to pee and get quite a lot of throbbing down there. I touched myself to check earlier and feels like I have a bit of a lump where my actual vagina should be. I didn't really think much of it as I'm sure I felt this before but not sure.

I had a bath this evening and thought I'd check with a mirror and I can actually only see my vagina in certain positions, otherwise looks like there's some tissue in the way. I can still locate the hole with my finger though if that makes sense.

I asked my partner to check it for me and he also said he can't see my vagina as such but he actually can't remember what it looks like it's been that longGrin

Thanks for taking the time to read!

Might be a cystocele (bladder prolapse) but best to get it checked by your GP. If it is, ask them to refer you to a woman's health physiotherapist to help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles which may help.
