40 weeks today upper back pain

Has anyone had upper back ache before baby came? They say it should be lower but I’ve had upper pain throughout. It’s quite noticeable today, although not unbearable... has anyone been the same?

Yes whilst I was in labour. Baby was back to back 😬

My braxton hicks contractions start from the upper back but the mw said it’s probably because the baby is breach but I’ve heard it can occur because of back to back too
