Hypnobirthing - Online course v classes?

Hi everyone!

Has anyone had any experience with doing an online hypnobirthing course (and if so, any recommendations?)?
Has anyone got any experience of how an online course compares to going to classes?
I'm 30 weeks and interested in doing a course but am running out of free time to fit in an actual course so think online may be easier to fit in as it can be done as/ when I have time. However, I'm wondering if it's better to try and make time to go to actual classes as they may be better?

Any feedback is appreciated!
Thanks :)

Loved a class. Try and do a taster if you can. If not, an online course is better than nothing.

Recommend reading as many books as you can too!

I bought the positive birth company online course. It’s all done through videos, with a pack for support, a private Facebook group and MP3 tracks. It was really good- as I could rewatch things which wouldn’t be possible with an in-person course. I think it really helped me.

Another vote for the Positive Birth Company digital pack. I've also read the book that goes with it and both are fab. I guess it will depend whether you're the sort of person to self teach or whether you need to see people face to face to learn though.

Thank you everyone for the feedback! I'll have a look at the Positive Birth Company. It seems a lot of the courses in my area are fully booked anyway!
