What would you put in your hospital bag?
What treats would you put in there for yourself?
When would you have it packed and ready?

Thanks in advance Star

Obviously all the main things, but from my experience, I ended up having an emergency c section and one the things I was really grateful to have was snacks like a few biscuits, breakfast bars, nuts, etc
I didn't feel really hungry afterwards and I didn't enjoy the hospital food, but it was easy to just eat a snack.
I wished I had a little handheld fan- it gets sooooo hot on those wards even in winter. They found me a plug in fan but then kept turning it off in case it made the baby cool.
A little bottle of squash so you can add it to the water
Lip balm! Such an essential
