Can't walk day after sweep

So I'm 40+2 today and had a sweep yesterday morning at about 9:30. The midwife explained that I was 3-4 cm dilated and very soft. She also said it is only about 1cm in length and has moved forward.

Straight after the sweep I was having lots of strong stomach cramps and they continued till the evening when everything died down. I have then only had little twinges today until about an hour or two ago. I am now in constant pain which is almost unbearable when baby moves. Anytime I stand up or try to walk it's almost impossible without extreme pain.

I have had lots of gooey blood streaked discharge since the sweep and lost my plug just over a week ago. I just want to know if any of this sounds normal? and if it could mean labour?

Thanks x

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'd be calling triage for constant pain. Is it in your bump or in your pelvis?

Have you called the team at whichever hospital you are going to?

Gooey blood streaked discharge sounds a little odd to me. I'd be iff to the MAU to get checked over x
