Do these look normal lol
In hospital and my labour started on it's own I'm worried that even though they are painful there not the real thing or arent actually doing anything lol

Looks like pre-labour, not regular intervals and lengths apart, so it's gearing up but that can last days before it gets going properly. Sorry, I take it you're waiting for an induction? Hope it goes ok, everyone is different so theres no way of knowing if it will progress quickly now and get longer/ more regular intervals or pause completely or just go on as they are for a while. Good luck, try to distract yourself xx
