Hi I'm just wondering what anyone else would do? I have precipitate labour so I go really fast my DD was 45 mins start to finish my DS 15 minutes and now I'm due again 8th January. I'm worried I won't have time to get to the hospital as I never have a warning labour will start I literally get period pain maybe three huge contractions and start pushing. I've got one DD in school round the corner, one ds in nursery 30 minutes away, and my partner works daily I'm just panicking that I'll go into labour on the school run or some where daft and deliver in public or something. Home birth is out of the question but shit I'm worried what would anyone else do?

Early induction? I have absolutely no idea on the medical side, but I imagine you could make a case about it being safer. You'll be discussing birth plans etc with your midwife nearer the time. I'm sure they've dealt with this situation before. Good luck :)

My first was 3 hours
Second 15 mins
And my third was actually 4 hours!! But that being said I have strong waters and the midwife wouldt pop them with my last so it made me have a longer labour!
Can you not have a home birth? They offered me one I declined xx
