Throbbing in back - labour??

Hi,

I’m currently 38+3 with my second baby. I had no signs of labour first time until my waters went (6 days overdue!). For a few weeks now I keep getting intermittent throbbing pain in the middle of my back. It’s becoming more regular and painful. Is this a sign of labour? Or just baby sitting on a nerve or something else!

Oh dear, I reckon it could be the sign of things to come!

I had mine start like that,

I had this alongside period cramps with my first, it kept me up all night and I sat leaning on my bed on my birth ball, unfortunately it didn't start labour off for me, when I spoke to my midwife it was just me dilating. But could be the start of things for you ! Everyone's different x
