Hello

Wonder if anyone could shed any light

For the past couple of days I've had the following coming and going

Nausea
Back ache
Mild cramping
Passing stool more frequently (sorry if tmi)
Lower abdominal pain which is very low on my r/h side

There's no pattern to these but since read there's not really any pattern in early labour and it can last for days sometimes! Also no obvious tightenens... however I'm not exactly sure as I'm a bit dim not really sure what this would feel like

Can anyone advise? I don't feel the need to call the midwife as it's nothing severe I'm sure she would just say wait until become more frequent and develop a pattern
