Possible waters?

These bloody pregnancy apps were designed with the best intentions I'm sure but they make me worry about something new every time! I wouldn't even consider these could be my waters if it wasn't for the bounty app!
I've been quite wet down below for about a week now, to the point I can go to the toilet, wipe so everything's dry, out on fresh underwear and the underwear are soaked straight away!
I've tried smelling but not sure if I'm smelling just normal vaginal smells mixed with waters or if it's just a slightly smelly discharge (tmi I know I'm sorry).
I'm planning on calling the labour line later today (I need to wait for someone to be available to take me to hospital if needed otherwise I'd be calling now) but not sure if I should mention the wetness too?
Baby is absolutely fine and moves around a lot, I've just been having contractions every few hours and was advised on another thread to call up about them. 35+4 by the way

Can't remember so much with DD1, but with DD2, when my waters broke it was pretty obvious - I rolled over in bed and they just went, everywhere and continued to do so all the way to the hospital. My DDs are 13 and 9 though, so my experience isn't recent!
I would have thought that if whatever it is is soaking clean underwear, then it would be best to get checked. Good luck.

They do quite gush out when they properly go

It is possible you are leaking amniotic fluid so def get it checked pronto; id be worried to have left it a week though

Thank you. I had a miscarriage last year and my waters went then, and that was a massive gush and I thought I'd wet myself at first. But then these bloody apps make out like anything can be your waters going and it made me panic a bit 😂

In regards to leaving it a week at first I thought i was just leaking wee, it hasn't been soaking through everything for a week and I've just left it.

Sounds like normal pregnancy damp fanny syndrome to me. I was dreadful for this, particularly in my second pregnancy... perpetually soggy gusset!
My waters leaked with my first and it's pretty unmistakable. There's a sensation that goes along with it IYSWIM?
Always best to check if you are worried though.
