Viginal dryness

I'm nearly 6 months postpartum & since 5 weeks after I had my baby I've suffered from bladder issues, frequencey, & a pressure feeling, going through to burning and stinging of my Uretha & whole viginal area. I have had endless tests so camera in my bladder, scans, X-ray & everything looks normal, no urine infection either. I'm not breastfeeding , but my skin is really dry. Could this be viginal dryness? Please tell me it's gets better?

Have you tried lube? And are you doing your pelvic floor exercises? My sympathies, it sounds really rough.

Have you tried Vagifem? They're a very low dose oestrogen tablets that you insert in your vagina - the oestrogen hits the spot & dryness will go away. I use them for my menopausal vaginal atrophy & they do help.

Yeah I've used live but it doesn't help 😩 the doctor has prescribed me vagifem yesterday in tablets so I hope it helps
