Plz help Labour pain help confused:/

Hello everyone
I am 34+3 pregnant this is my second pregnancy I had my first dd in 2017 October via emergency c-section and last night I lose the plug if that what it is called... This morning since I have woken up about 7ish I keep having back pain and tightening in my stomach then back pain and the tightening is very painful I don't know how braxon hicks feels like am confused is the normal pain until my due date which is on 13th July or is this labour coming early am trying to go for VBAC...

It could be either. Which isn't very helpful! If I were you, I would phone your local maternity assessment unit and ask their advice. It certainly sounds like it could be labour starting, so see whether they want you to go straight in and be checked. Good luck!

It could be either but for me Braxton hicks were more irritating than anything else. They sort of came on and stayed like a dull ache but didn’t change in intensity, they were either there or they weren’t.

My contractions were more like a wave; they started as an ache that built up and then faded away again.

Always look for a predictable pattern appearing - contractions come at more regular intervals, and get stronger as time passes. Brixton hicks come randomly.

Obviously if you’re worried call your maternity unit and get monitored.
