Apparently a drop in the crease of your arm is how to use it. It is absorbed in to the skin and warms it up. (I think it should be in a carrier oil if you are applying direct to your skin)

how are you??

I used rose oil in my bath during labour. It was lovely.

I chucked a bit on a tissue with rose oil and sniffed it while I was trogging up and down the stairs at home, moaning. I suppose it gave me something to do.
