Back labour!? Possible live birth thread

Have been having contractions since this morning, quite sporadic but mostly 15 mins apart- mostly all in my lower back radiating around to my stomach. The last one took my breath away.

Exactly the same with my 1st & she was slightly back2back.

I'm in denial though, is this actually it? Is this finally happening? I need a reality check
