Section 2 days ago bladder issues?

Had an elective on Tuesday, pain is not too bad obviously wind yesterday which was pretty terrible too but bit worried about my water works, I have a bit of bladder incontinence, feels like it just falls out and keep having little accidents trying to get to the loo, also some pain when I need the toilet too. Bowels are fine. Mentioned it to midwife today. I was on antibiotics few days prior to section for infection, is this a normal side effect after section?

It may well be in the realms of normal. I had total numbness for a week or so I had no idea that I needed to pee and had to remind myself to go based on time since I’d last been. So bizarre.
What did your midwife say?

Edit to add - it could absolutely not be normal - sorry. I would suggest seeing the doc if it’s still going on in a few days

Midwife just said to keep an eye on it, all my obs are fine, temp etc, just don't remember this part from my last section and sick of peeing myself haha. Thanks so much for the reply
