PCOS Periods

Recently just started my first "period" since giving birth.
8 months pp. 4 weeks premature. Ebf. PCOS diagnosis.
Can anyone under similar circumstances tell me their experiences?
The bleeding is so unbelievably heavy.
Every 30 mins I'm leaking through two pads and super plus tampon.
Please tell me it gets better!

That much blood in 30 minutes is far, far too much, PCOS or not. You need to see your GP asap
