C section booked

C section booked for 4 weeks time. First time mommy so first section. I'll be 38 weeks.
Any advice will be greatly received?!! For planning before and after.
Does anyone know if you can have 2 people in before section and that person waits until out of recovery or is it just 1 person the whole time. Until after everything?

How exciting! Im booked for 3weeks for my section. My first was 11 years ago. It was an emergency after a failed induction. Main things im expecting this time and preparing for is trapped wind so taking peppermint oil with me, a nightie to accommodate the catheter and mahoosively high waisted knickers to make sure they avoid the inscision. Search these boards as theres lots or good advice already posted. Best of luck!
