False labour?

I know there's no real way of knowing unless I'm checked out but all through last night I had cramps and backache. Then I woke up this morning thinking I'd get up and they'd go but they haven't. It's mostly lower backache and pain on my cervix. And I need to run to the loo. I've not had any mucus plug or waters breaking though. And I'm only 36+4 days. Could this be false labour? Anyone else had labour start this way? The babies movements have also become very painful as well. Any experiences would be really appreciated.

Could be actual labour. You’re preterm so call your hospital immediately.

How are you now op?

After a couple of panicked hours the pain subsided so I guess it was false labour. Hopefully this baby can stay in a little longer. 🤞
