I had an episiotomy and third degree dear 15 days ago and it’s sooo itchy.

What can I put on there?

Not used it myself but will be ordering some soon after reading reviews.

spritz for bits' spray from expert midwife

Shallow bath with a few drops of tea tree oil or witch hazel, it definitely eases up soon (I think I remember...)

I used to apply witch hazel (got a bottle from eBay I think by classikool) on cotton wool. And sometimes soak a pad in it and apply that. It was recommended by my midwife and did really help!

Go on amazon. Buy Tucks Pads. Leave in fridge.

Life. Saver.

Lay a few of the discs along the pad in pants and pull them up against you. It gives you cooling relief and they have witch hazel in so it helps healing too.
