Arnica after elective C section...

Hi,

Anyone have experience of taking arnica after a C section? Looking on the site, I see some ladies mentioning a positive healing experience after taking this.

I went to a Homeopathic shop called Helios in Covent Garden to buy some arnica tablets. The lady was trying to encourage me to buy a post surgery blend instead, but I just didn’t feel really comfortable with it as it had ingredients in that I knew nothing about. She wasn’t really forthcoming about how many arnica tablets I should take and at what intervals. She said everyone is different.

Can I ask what you would/did take? Did it seem to help with bruising/recovery etc?

No but I did take peppermint oil capsules and they were amazing for the shoulder pain. I was so grateful to whoever on here told me to buy them. Definitely recommend

Homeopathy unlike armotherapy or massage has no scientific basis and there are no peer assessed studies to show it works at all.
