Did anyone do hypnobirthing for second baby and did it help? I've recently finished the positive birth company course and feel so much more confident about labour this time around. First labour was awful as the hospital basically made a straight forward labour turn very unnecessary complicated and painful. I'm hoping with hypnobirthing I will be able to take better control of this labour. Would be good to hear some birth stories involving hypnobirthing.
