These are two different things really but thought I would combine posts.
Today (32 weeks), I've been told baby has an ectopic heartbeat, and I've got to go for an ECG on baby - anyone had any experience of this?
Secondly, my first baby was large (for my frame), and second baby is measuring way above the lines. I've a growth scan at 36/37 weeks and if baby is expected to be bigger then first, then they will look at inducing me early at 37/38. If this is the case, what are people's thoughts and experiences?
On one hand, I am thinking am I better off electing for a c section (i don't think this is an easier route by any means), but don't a lot of inductions take days only to end up with c section anyway? This would then keep me away from first child for days before labour during the induction process, and have more of an effect on him during the healing process.
But on the other hand, what if it all just goes okay and doesn't end in c section?
The thought of having a 2 year old and c section is a bit frightening.
What would you do?
