Experience of recovery......
I had my baby 7 days ago via an emergency forcep delivery.
I had an episiotomy that goes out to the side and sustained 4th degree tears 🙈 just been reading on how bad these are and possible effects after.
Looking to hear from ladies that have had a 4th degree tear (the worse there is) and how you recovered after in the long run...
How has sex been? (Not that I'm even thinking about it anytime soon)
Did you suffer with bowel incontinence after?
Do you still get after pains?
