What to do after a sweep?

I'm 40 + 5 and just had a sweep. My MW recommended I go home and have sex but the thought makes me feel ill!

Any other ways to make the most of the sweep and get things moving?

Bounce, warm baths, sleep.

My sweep failed so no real advice sadly but I heard walking was a great one.

Sex was a last resort for me 😂
