I was losing little bits for about a week leading up to it but lost a huge bit 2 hours before my contractions started

I had DS 11 hours after losing mine. I was already in early labour.

It can be several days, but it is a good sign things are moving. Keep oxytocin levels high, do things you enjoy, snuggle up at home, watch a funny film. Spend time on all fours of on a birth ball to help things along 💚
