Were your second babies earlier or later than first?

I know it massively varies but I was just wondering in general whether second babies came earlier or later than first babies. My dd came at 39 weeks so I was wondering whether it'll be early for this baby as well.

Dc1 39w
Dc2 39+5
Dc3 40+3

All natural spontaneous deliveries

DC1 39 w
DC2 36w

Both within 48 hours of stopping work, I often think DC2 would have waited if I’d stayed at work a bit longer.

First 37 weeks
Second 41.5 weeks

DC 1 was 7 days late
DC 2 currently has 2 days to vacate or will also be late!

DD1 was 4 days late. DD2 was 2 weeks early.

Just as early.
I had barely and fluid around dd1 and she arrived at 36 weeks,
No fluid problems with dd2 do i assumed she'd go full term but she arrived at 36 weeks and a day.

Both DC early. DC2 the equivalent of one day later by gestation length.

DC1 was bang on time, just after midnight on his due date. DS2 was 2 weeks late.

Both 11 days before due date.

First baby - 37+2 (induced as waters broke at 37 weeks but nothing happened - he was not ready to make an appearance!)

Second - 39+4 - spontaneous labour

With DS1 I went into labour at 39w+1d.
DS2 was delivered by elective c-section at exactly 39 weeks.

So, no way of knowing when DS2 would have chosen to make his appearance

DD1 20 days early. DD2 14 days late.

Yes... but only because dc2 was a planned c section at 39 weeks 😬 dc1 was an emergency section at 41 weeks

DD: 40+6 (but on time by my dates)
DS: 38+5

DS born at 29 and 5
Currently almost 27 weeks with DC 2 and feel like it could happen anytime now

Dc1 6 days late
Dc2 11 days late

DC2 was later.

Babies 1&2 born on their due day , number 3 was a planned section

The longest serving tenant was the smallest 😬

DS was born at 39 weeks exactly.

Currently 39+4 and waiting for DS2 so he's definitely not as keen as his brother!

Midwives were curious as to if we had a fourth it would be born 36 days early. I told them I didn't wish to find out as there wouldn't be a fourth haha
