Not sure on early labor or not?

So I'm going to be a first time mum, so have no idea what to expect for labor as in my own experience.
Sorry if some of you get annoyed with this question...but....

I'm 39+1
Been having groin area pain/cramps for around a week where baby has worked down to being engaged. Nighttime has been a nightmare this last week as as soon as I lay down the pain is unreal in my noonie, groin and tummy.

I woke up today with the usual aches in my tummy that I get from laying down...but they haven't gone away.

I've been let's say having discomfort in my stomach today, and hardening in the top and middle of my bump where it goes like a rock....the very bottom stays the same though, so this straight away through me as not sure if it's your whole stomach that hardens with contractions? As never had them!

I've also been having back aches on and off around when my tummy is tightening....

I've been to the loo 3 times today and a weird one but had stuff nipples all day.
I've also been hot and bothered and a bit clammy...

From your experience could this be the very early start of labor?

I would ask my mum but if she gets an idea labor may be starting she will literally not leave me alone and I don't need that!! So thought I would ask other mummies if any of this sounds like possible very early labor...

Hi @babybean19 - I'm not sure I can help but didn't want to read and run. I'm expecting my second and was induced with my first so never actually started on my own (Sorry, not helpful).

It could well be the start of something, if not now, it will be sometime.

Maybe try timing these tightenings if you can. If you're concerned at all call in.

Also, totally feel you on the mum front - mine would be exactly the same. If I make any comments, (for example baby was having a rave inside last night) 'baby is trying to bust out ' - she's like, what really? Do you need to tell someone etc x
