Post Emcs - Uti, catheter bruising or damage?? In pain!

I'm now 3 1/2 weeks post emcs an it really hurts when I wee and need to wee :( - (I've just been to the toilet now, and not sure whether I'm actually bleeding from there? I'm loosing some blood anyway but not sure where its coming from now - the bit I have on the pad looks like its coming from there aswell as vaginal?)

It does come and go, but atm constantly hurts - I was in pain straight after and in hospital for 10 days - they tested at the time for a UTI but said all clear but it was probably bruising from catheter as had one in for 24 hours -

I'm worried now that something has been damaged? Has anyone ever had anything like this?

Bruising would feel better by now. Could be a UTI. Ask your GP to test again?

I was like this at this stage. Some days very sore and others not. It rectified itself entirely by week 6 but I did see the GP to check for UTI, which it wasn’t.

Dropped off a sample this morning and just got a phone call to go and collect antibiotics - glad I checked now (I actually don't feel to bad today - but maybe painkillers working a little too well!) -

Can I hijack? I'm a week down from EMCS and still seeing what I can only describe as globules and stringy bits of blood/maybe tissue. Have booked to see GP on Thurs, not in pain as such but get this weird feeling at the end of a wee. I did have really bad stabbing pain around day 3. Was this something others experienced after a C-section? My MW said it may be a bit of trauma from the catheter but I thought it would have resolved by now, although it is much better than it was initially
