I know there are already posts about bloody show but I cant seem to find the answer to my problem so I´ve started a new thread.
I am 38+6 today and I got my bloody show (at least thats what my midwife said it was) about 10 days ago and I still have it and it doesnt look like it´s going to stop any time soon.
I phoned my midwife yesterday and she said it was surely going to stop soon and I will go into labour but this answer didnt somehow satisfy me as I´ve had it for more than a week and the intesity is still the same (not too much of it though).
I usually get it at night when I wake up to go to the toilet. The whole pregnancy I had a white mucus and the very same mucus now seems to be tinted with pink/sometimes brown blood.
So I´m just wondering if any of you experienced something similar? Pink/brown discharge lasting for quite a long time at the end of your pregnancy? I dont have any other symptoms of labour except for irregular BH.
