Hypo birthing advice and tips?

Hi All,

Does anyone have any tips on courses or anything I could use to learn hypnobirthing?

Something reasonably cheap? Maybe an online audio course or books?

Any advice would be good :)

I did the Maggie Howell Natal Hypnotherapy, bought the book and CD from Amazon. I only read about half the book, but found the techniques great during labour :)

If you download audible you get a free trial and can listen to the Katherine graves audiobook for free.

Also the positive birth company on Instagram- they do a pack for about £30-£40 and often have offers too

The positive birth company course is good, there afe a few taste videos on youtube (including ones teaching the uup and down breathing techniques) so you can see if you like the style.

There are some free mp3 downloads on the mindful mamma website - I then bought another pack of guided visualisations for £7.99 because I find her voice relaxing - some others I found grating or comical so it's worth trying before spending money.
