Early Labour?

For the last few days I have had back ache which only is eased by a hot bath - tonight after dinner I was randomly sick (I'm not a sicky person) then I have lots of clear goo (no blood) come away. Been getting stomach cramps & had to pee more and poo more sorry TMI not diarrhoea. Does this sound like early labour?

Also has pain in my thighs both legs like a heaviness

I don't think it sounds like early labour, just third trimester stuff that happens when your body is gearing up.

If the pains seem to go in waves or get too painful for a hot bath/paracetamol to help, that's usually a sign of early contractions.

How far along are you?

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow but baby has been measuring 5 weeks ahead since 28 weeks on growth scans & when I was at the consultant on Wednesday baby was fully engaged- it's my 2nd baby but can't remember what it was like as I had a back labour most pains were in my lower back and thighs.
