Hi all. I'm just over 2 weeks after giving birth. I had an infection in episiotomy so just finished antibiotics yesterday and it has cleared that up. I'm just still so tender and sore around the whole area. My sacrum and bum cheeks still feel really sore. I also had vacuum delivery if that's anything to do with it. How long does it take to be pain free down there?!
