Hi Ladies

I'm looking at hypnobirthing courses or downloads to use at home and came across the positive birth company's digital pack.
Has anyone used it? Did you find it useful? Or can you recommend something else?
I've watched some of the videos on YouTube and liked the way Siobhan explains things, so think the videos will be good but can anyone tell me about the digital downloads please? What do they cover, how often did you listen to them, did they help prepare you for labour and can you use them during labour etc?
Thank you for any replies or help, sorry for all the questions! It's baby number one and just want to find something to help me to prepare and feel more relaxed before labour!

I've also been looking at this - did you get it in the end? How do you find it?

It's brilliant and would definitely recommend.
Videos go through the science of birth, informed consent, information for your birth partner and birth plan options. Also gives you breathing techniques and ways to increase natural oxytocin in your body for birth. It comes with relaxation downloads and positive affirmations that I used all the way through and in early labour.
I had a hugely positive labour and birth and felt I could really advocate for myself having done the course. Good luck! X

I purchased the digital pack about 5 weeks ago and I can honestly say it was the best choice I ever made. I'm 37+3 and am SO glad I did. I feel calm, relaxed, and even excited about my FTM birth! I've even made a decision to go for a home birth and have just ordered the pool which arrives tomorrow!

The best thing about it for me was the science behind it. Knowing what to expect, why my body is doing things, how to prepare for different scenarios, etc. I suffer with anxiety and it's been a god send.

I'm 36 weeks and bought it a week ago. I'm really impressed with it so far and definitely feeling more positive about labour (also a FTM!) Would definitely recommend especially for the price

It is absolutely fantastic. Best £35 I've spent on anything pregnancy / baby related. It has really helped my anxiety and I'm looking forward to giving birth now! Smile
