Anxiety

Is it bad to already have such bad anxiety about my labour?
I'm 21 weeks and I'm soooo scared, I really don't do well with pain, I'm not very good with blood tests (I have to lay down if not I'll faint) and I'm having an epidural!

What can I do to stop feeling this anxiety

I don’t think it’s bad at all! I also had really bad anxiety about he labour, and I didn’t even research it because I just didn’t want to know! All I can say, is that when the time comes, something kicks in and you just do it! I guess the adrenaline is so strong you just cope, you don’t realise how incredibly strong you are until your in that situation so try not to worry about it and enjoy the pregnancy because it will be over so quickly! Just remember that the labour means your about to meet your little one! Epidurals are amazing too! You’ve got this!!
