I've been diagnosed with gestational diabetes but it has been really well managed with diet. I've been offered the option to use the midwife led birth centre or consultant led delivery suite. I'll be honest, this has caught me out as after the GD diagnosis I just expected I'd be up on the delivery suite... I now can't decide, I guess if I'm going to want an epidural I should just go to delivery suite to start with but I'm just not sure! Any thoughts?
