Hypnobirthing - any recommendations?

Hi there, I'm 34 weeks (first baby) and have decided to dip my toe into hypnobirthing. I know I'm a bit late to it but figured it was worth a go. Can anyone recommend any podcasts or sites that they found useful? Thanks in advance! Smile

The positive birth company online pack. Brilliant!

As above! The online course is £35 and worth every penny. I’m expecting my third and have learnt so much that I wish I knew in my previous pregnancies. It’s not just limited to hypnobirthing techniques, there is a lot of information on the science of childbirth (but in an easy to understand manner) which I think is important to know, as if you understand why your body is doing what it’s doing it’s easier to stay calm through the process. I cannot recommend it enough!

Gave birth last week and agree with the above. Great info and worth every penny!!

Definitely still look into it eventhough you don’t have much time left. I only watched two YouTube videos a couple of weeks before having DD2 and even that helped me. If was to have a 3rd DC (not planning too!) I would definitely try and get into hypnobirthig earlier.

I did the Positive Birth Company weekend course with Siobhan and it was great. I feel much more confident and ready to give birth (I'm 36+2).

Definitely worth doing x

No recommendations as we did a home course with practitioner around week 20, but completely give Hypnobirthing 100% thumbs up. I had a beautiful birthing experience thanks to HB. Can I suggest the most important practical tip...perineal massage!!! Start tonight! You probably won't find that tip on any online course but it makes life SO much easier when breathing baby down x
