Is it too late to start hypnobirthing practice?

Just like the title really - I found hypnobirthing quite useful at my last birth nearly 3 years ago but life has gotten in the way and I’ve not put aside any time to practice this time. Any point in downloading a book and some tracks?

I’m 38 weeks - apologies I thought I put that in the title!

Yes do it. I did a course with dc2 and didn't do any extra practice for dc3. It turned out to be by far the easiest birth. Use techniques that you already know relax you and when in labour really trust your own opinion about what you need to be doing (politely ignore any 'suggestions' that are not going to help you or the baby).

Definitely! And start perineal massage. Makes a BIG difference.
